| A Treasured Wedding originated in 2003, the owner, Kelley Thayer has over twenty years in the Floral Industry. Being raised in a family florist with two locations and a wine grape vineyard instilled the customer service values, professionalism and dedication that you will observe when working closely with us to plan your wedding or event. In 1997, Kelley bought her own flower shop located in Bangor Maine, becoming recognized in the Wedding industry becoming well known for elegant designs to customized for each bride, superior customer service values and offering beautiful farm direct product at an affordable cost. Often, during peak wedding season leading a design team to accomodate 5-6 weddings per weekend always doing each and every bridal bouquet personally as well as overseeing each and every delivery. In 2001 the flower shop was sold, in full operation with a recognizable accounts list, full gift and candle line and an excellent reputation. Kelley re-located to Maryland and began working for a wholesale florist, servicing chain stores and supermarkets all over Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, realizing that her passion was in design she began marketing A Treasured Wedding... A full service florist specializing in Wedding & Event Floral Design. A Treasured Wedding offers floral design, planning and coordination services for all types of events including; Weddings, Corporate Meetings, Events & Parties, Birthdays & Anniversaries. NOW BACK TO SERVE THE BANGOR AREA! We also offer everyday floral designs for birthday's, anniversaries, get well, funerals and just because arrangements. Balloon Bouquets Are Available.
